I chose to use Hootville because I'd seen its Mayor in concert talking in plain simple language that made sense - even I understood what he was on about!

Later when I had the need to knock on the door of Hootville, I was short on time, staff and the expertise to meet important media objectives. The end result of our collaboration was that they did what they said they would do and in doing so, delivered on my expectations. ...and you can say bugger in their company and they're not offended - marvellous.

They do business with you in cafes, insist you partake in refreshments and pick up the bill.
