Savvy Spokespeople 101

FEEDBACK

A really professional and relevant course that picked up very quickly on specific and pertinent issues and used these to develop and highlight principles of media interviews through example and instruction.

Peter Fazey,
President Elect, Australian Physiotherapists Association

I got a lot out of the (Savvy Spokesperson 101) training and really enjoyed it. I was impressed at how readily you adapted concepts to suit specific APA topics.

Kirsten Trengrove,
Media Officer, Australian Physiotherapists Association

There is no doubt that under your professional guidance I have a much better understanding of the various media, their expectations and requirements. I also appreciate what is required of me to access and contribute to the media.

I enjoyed the training, learnt a lot and have developed the confidence and ability to pro-actively approach the media seeking interviews and the opportunity to talk about the unique services Seeing Eye Dogs Australia provide. My first radio interview has been secured a will go to air in a couple of weeks.

Leigh Garwood,
CEO, Seeing Eye Dogs Australia

Brett's media training session to our prospective volunteers was reassuring, funny, entertaining and charismatic. A few participants indicated it made them realise how important the media is to spreading news and messages on assignment.
